In a fantastic concert at the Royal Albert
Hall, Redbridge Brass supported pupils
from schools around the borough of
Redbridge in a concert of some 2000
students from Primary and Secondary
Schools, Redbridge Music Service,
Redbridge Youth Theatre and Redbridge
Drama and Dance Course. A Brass
spectacular featuring brass students,
Redbridge Brass and Fairlop Brass bands
in a massed band of 200+ players.

The programme features extracts from the
hit show Hamilton, Sing by Gary Barlow and
Andrew Lloyd Webber and a world
premiere of Happy and Glorious by
Redbridge alumni and film composer,
Michael Hyman.

The Snowman returns for three
screenings of this classic film with the
band performing the complete sound
track live. A really great Christmas treat
for all the family - big kids and the little
ones too, home made cakes, pop-corn,
and refreshments including mulled wine
(for the big kids!).

The Snowman story captures a magical
night for a boy and his snowman friend
in the Oscar-nominated 1982 movie. A
great way to kick-off the festive season.

Suitable for all ages, not just the kids!

Redbridge Schools Choral Festival
Founded in 1629, Chigwell School has
maintained a strong musical heritage. In
recent decades, the performance of music
encompasses all genres and styles of
music.
This programme brings together choirs
from Chigwell School and the winner of
the Schools Young Musician of the Year
competition (2022), Ben Copsey on bass
trombone accompanied by Redbridge
Brass and the School’s Big Band.,

Our British Isles - a
musical journey
London’s award winning 25-piece band take
us on a musical journey in the fine acoustics
of St Gabriel's church in a concert programme
celebrating the British Isles.

Playing a rich tapestry of music about the
islands and music by British composers taking
us to each of the countries in turn.  The
programme includes beautiful Irish and Welsh
melodies, evocative Scottish Dances, plus the
epic London Overture, James Bond, plus
modern classics Pie Jesu, Bohemian
Rhapsody, the amazing Riverdance and more.

A fabulous collection of music with passion

Guest Singers
West End singer Nigel Richards and the
hugely talented Jane Wilkinson join the line
up in this Broadway spectacular.  Expect the
usual stunning sounds from the 28-piece
band as they romp through show classics
from Les Mis, Chess, Phantom, Aladdin, the
Lion King and more.

Refreshments including wine and homemade
cakes.

The concert (including interval) should end
by about 9:30pm.
